does it change what we do in afghanistan? >> it certainly points out that al qaeda and other groups like it who are loosely affiliated exist all over the world. they exist in smaller pieces. they sometimes work together. it is hard to go after them. intelligence is incredibly important. as far as the information we need to go after these people, our special forces and our military. that's one of have the reasons why i think we are trying to change our morf our military away from a conventional type army where we might have 120, 140,000 troops in afghanistan. we are looking for a few people. this way of getting osama bin laden points to the fact that war is symmetrical, more about these special forces and less for conventional armies. not completely. we really need to think about pulling those types of troops and that type of situation in afghanistan back and using different types of tactics to get to where we need to be. >> it is interesting, congressman rogers, there have been questioning percolating out there among the mili
